The symposium is jointly sponsored by the Southern Idaho/Eastern Oregon Corrosion Engineers / Intermountain Section - a Corrosion Society (NACE). The Winter Symposium was established as a forum for information and training for those involved, engaged or interested in corrosion control in the Intermountain Region. The atmosphere is very relaxed and casual dress is preferred. The 55th Annual SIEO/NACE Winter Symposium was held January 15-17, 2020.

We had many new faces and many loyal attendees attend this year.
This year we added a round-table discussion was a great success. We plan on keeping this addition with adding more time for the discussion, larger room and beverages. We appreciate all the input during this discussion.

The comments from this year’s symposium were very positive. The speakers provided great material and new subjects. We couldn’t have asked for better presenters, food, accommodations, weather, vendors, and Sun Valley hospitality.
We thank all of you that attended the 2020 Symposium.
The 56th Annual Symposium – January 13th-15th, 2021. We hope to be offering CP Testing Introduction Course and Rectifier training to be held January 12th – 13th. Mark your calendar.
